Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Birth Conversations with Saaraa provides virtual antenatal and postnatal education sessions on an occasional, one-off basis. To ensure fairness and sustainability, the following cancellation policy applies.

Cancellations by Clients

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or to rebook at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are non-refundable, as the appointment time is unlikely to be offered to another client at short notice.

Late Attendance

Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

Cancellations by Birth Conversations with Saaraa

In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled by Birth Conversations with Saaraa, clients will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time

Exceptional Circumstances

Pregnancy and the postnatal period can be unpredictable. In cases of illness or urgent family circumstances, clients are encouraged to make contact as soon as possible. Reasonable consideration will be given where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Important Information

Birth Conversations with Saaraa does not provide emergency care or on-call support. If a client is unable to attend due to urgent health concerns, they should contact their maternity unit, NHS 111, or emergency services as appropriate.
