Terms and Conditions
1. About the Service
Birth Conversations with Saaraa provides virtual antenatal and postnatal education sessions, and face-to-face Specialist Infant Feeding Support, delivered by a registered midwife.
This is an ancillary health education and information service. It is designed to complement, not replace, NHS or private maternity care.
The service does not provide medical advice, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
All decisions regarding clinical care must be discussed with your own midwife, obstetrician, GP, health visitor, or maternity team.
2. Scope of Sessions
Virtual Birth Conversation (60 minutes) at a fixed rate of £55.00
Personalised education focused session
Flexible and led by the client
Not a structured antenatal class
Not ongoing care
Specialist Infant Feeding Support (Face-to-Face) at a fixed rate of £85.00 per session
Up to 60-minute home visit
Practical, evidence-based feeding support
May include observation and guidance where appropriate
Not ongoing or emergency support
Travel (Infant Feeding Home Visits)
The £85 fee includes travel within a 10-mile radius.
Appointments outside this radius may be available by arrangement and will incur an additional charge of 45p per mile.

3. Booking and Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Fees reflect professional time, preparation, travel (where applicable), and specialist expertise.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
If Birth Conversations with Saaraa needs to cancel or reschedule, an alternative appointment or full refund will be offered.

5. Late Arrivals
Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival, to ensure fairness to all clients.
6. Technology (Virtual Sessions)
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable internet connection and the agreed video platform.
Birth Conversations with Saaraa is not responsible for technical difficulties outside reasonable control.
7. Confidentiality and Safeguarding
Information shared during sessions is treated confidentially.
However, confidentiality may be broken if there are concerns regarding safeguarding, serious risk of harm, or where disclosure is legally required.
8. Limitation of Liability
Birth Conversations with Saaraa provides education and information only.
No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes.
By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they remain responsible for decisions made about their care in consultation with their healthcare providers.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
